About Us

We are a family-owned and run, fully licensed fire service company operating in the strata, commercial, industrial, retirement & retail property segments. Our team of qualified and licensed fire service professionals includes fire technicians, sprinkler fitters, electricians and carpenters.

Our technicians are fully qualified to inspect and test all fire measures and conduct repairs, and are qualified as Assessors under the FPAA’s Fire Protection Accreditation Scheme (FPAS). Our technicians have been accredited by the FPA as Competent Fire Safety Practitioners for the purpose of signing off on Annual Fire Safety Statements (see section on FPA Accreditation here.) To help comply with statutory obligations we carefully monitor the due dates for lodging Fire Safety Statements to ease the burden of compliance on strata managers.

We offer an extensive range of fire safety services including Fire Maintenance, Repairs and Upgrades, Block and Evacuation Plans and Building Compliance.

Based in Chatswood, we are centrally located to service properties in all areas of greater Sydney.

FIRECHEX is a silver member of the Fire Protection Association Australia (FPAA) which requires a commitment to compliance with the Industry Code of Practice. We are also Trade Monitors compliant.
